Intro to Kayaking (8/24) – Boca Raton

Learn to become comfortable maneuvering a kayak while enjoying the shallow waters along the edge of the Intracoastal at Gumbo Limbo Nature Preserve in Boca Raton. Explore the mangrove and estuary ecosystems! Participants must be able to get in and out of a kayak without assistance for this class. Minors under 18 must sign-up and participate with a registered parent or guardian.  Each child under 13 must be accompanied by one parent or guardian, no children under 13 may paddle a single kayak. Single/double kayaks will be assigned to couples/groups as available. Residents are $20 per participant; non-residents are $25 per participant.
