At this family friendly event, you will enjoy waived adoption fees, free ice cream (from 12-1 p.m.,) kids' Halloween favors, PBC Fire Rescue fire truck, face painters, raffle prizes worth over $500 and adorable pets dressed in Halloweens costumes! Plus, there are raffle prizes worth over $500. Special event pricing: Cats, $3. Dogs, $10. Located just west of the Florida Turnpike.
