Hike and Craft: Holiday Snail Shell Ornament – West Palm Beach

Have fun at this family-friendly guided boardwalk hike to learn about the endangered snail kite and the special snails they eat at Grassy Waters Preserve in West Palm Beach. Afterward decorate an empty apple snail shell to create your very own holiday ornament! Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Reservations required. Please check into the Nature Center 15 minutes prior to the program starting. Wear comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes, wear sun protection and bring a refillable water bottle.
