Child receiving shot

If your child is entering child care or school, you'll need to make sure they're up-to-date on their vaccinations. These resources can help:

Florida Vaccines for Children Program: Provides free vaccines for children up to age 18 who visit a health care provider in the VFC Program.

Florida SHOTS (State Health Online Tracking System): A free statewide, centralized immunization registry that helps parents, health care providers and schools track immunization records. Ask your doctor to issue a certified immunization record on SHOTS to get electronic access to your child's record. Or call 877-888-4768.

Palm Beach Schools has several resources for children who need vaccinations and their parents, including The Immunization Van.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: Offers immunization information, including schedules, a tracking system, lists, fact sheets, books and more.

The Florida Legislature: Provides information about state laws related to childhood vaccinations, school entry, exemptions and more.
