BLOG: From owl feedings to archery – lots to do at local parks

Posted
Owl

Does your family need a little fresh air? Maybe a few hours away from a screen and some time to talk, walk and bond?

Palm Beach County is full of wonderful parks and natural experiences for families. You can take your children to scheduled owl, snake or alligator feedings. Try out archery. Take a nature stroll along a boardwalk. Or splash around in one of the public pools.

If you’re looking for something different and interesting to do this week, check out Palm Beach County’s Parks & Recreation’s calendar of events online. Or, subscribe to the monthly What's Happening newsletter via email.

In addition, you can view Leisure Times Magazine online for annual events, news and spotlights on activities.

Or, follow the parks system on Facebook or Twitter at @PBCParks.
